Can You Make a Monkey out of a Donkey?
Hear no evil, see no evil, speak no evil for Meyer Vaisman’s Pair Donkeys, from his show Superflat Donkeys and Zooms at KaBe Contemporary in Miami. In his first solo exhibition in the U.S. since he stopped making art ten years ago, the Venezuela-born, Barcelona-based artist channels Goya’s Caprichos along with myths, metaphor, and methods of mechanical and digital reproduction.
